• Minimum stay for Memorial Day and Columbus Day is 3 nights; July 4 and Labor Day weekends is 4 nights. Minimum stay is 2 nights on weekends in Nice Season and 3 nights Inn Season. Cottage suite minimum stay is 3 nights all year long.
• Payment: Deposit is 50% of total or one night's lodging, whichever is greater, required within 7 days to confirm reservation.
• Cancellation Policy: Should cancellation of your confirmed reservation be necessary, cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $25.00 fee. In the event that your ability to reach the island is affected by inclement weather, i.e., transportation is not available, your deposit will not be forfeited, but at the Inn's option may be applied to a future stay.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets. Children more than welcome.
• Breakfast: Fresh baked breakfast buffet (continental) by inn's pastry chef.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Monkfish Remaki, ... Honey Mustard Sauce, ... Grilled Striped Bass with Summer Orzo Salsa, and Peach Crisp with Sour Cream Chantilly.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, conferences, receptions by arrangement.
• Recreation & Activities: Two of four tennis courts on the island, croquet courts, beaches, fishing, swimming, and miniature size replica of inn for children. Biking and hiking along nature trails.
• Attractions & Special Events: Block Island, Historic lighthouses, Old Harbor, Ferry is an hour's ferry ride to Rhode Island's mainland.
