• Payment: Deposit is a credit card guarantee. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Interac accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $25.00 reservation fee. Cancellations received with less than 14 days' notice result in the forfeiture of deposit. In the event of an early departure, 1/2 of the regular rate of the remaining period will be charged.
• Restrictions: No pets. All rooms are non-smoking (smoking is permitted on the outside terraces). Children 12 and older welcome.
• Breakfast: Full country breakfast.
• Lunch Dinner: Wonderful Quebecois cuisine for lunch and dinner, available in Penstock Restaurant.

• Directions: From Ottawa: From Montreal or Toronto, take Highway 417 (Trans Canada Highway) east or west, then take the Nicholas street exit and follow the signs to Hull via the MacDonald Cartier Bridge. Take Highway 5 and follow the signs for Maniwaki. After about 20 minutes, Highway 5 comes to an end at a stop sign. Turn right and then make an immediate left at the traffic lights onto Highway 105 North. After about 8 km, you'll veer to the right at the Wakefield turnoff. At the bottom of the hill, turn left onto Riverside Drive. Turn left onto Mill Road and you will quickly see Wakefield Mill.
