• Accommodations: 18 rooms and 3 suites, each with ensuite bath. Some rooms have balconies. Suites have whirlpool tubs, kitchenettes, and balconies. Rooms on ground floor are handicapped accessible. All rooms and suites have Air Conditioning, Cable TV, Direct dial telephone with data port, mini-fridge, DVD player and a High Speed Wireless Internet Signal.
• Rates: All rates are in Canadian dollars. Rates are based on single or double occupancy; for each additional person above 2 in room, please add $20.00. Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 10% and Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% are additional. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB) is required at time of booking to guarantee reservation. Credit cards, travelers' checks, and cash accepted for payment.
• Cancellation Policy: For a reservation of 1 to 3 room/nights, we require 72 hours (3 days) notice, for a reservation of 4 to 6 room/nights, we require 1 week (7 days) notice, for a reservation of 7 or more room/nights, we require 2 weeks (14 days) notice, otherwise one night will be charged. This cancellation policy also applies to room/nights that are cancelled shortening the stay on a confirmed reservation. There will be a $25.00 service fee charged for each room booked that is cancelled at any time. Above charges are plus applicable taxes. If you fail to show up to occupy a reserved room on your scheduled arrival date, then the reservation becomes void for the remaining nights that have been reserved, and any room/nights that we are unable to re-book become due and payable, including any applicable taxes. Any changes to a reservation will be confirmed by us in writing (email, fax or regular mail). If you make a change to a reservation and do not receive a revised confirmation, you must notify us before the date of your scheduled arrival.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking indoors (permitted on balcony or patio).
• Breakfast: Full.

• Recreation & Activities: Sight-seeing, golf, dining, shopping, and hiking nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: Victoria Park, the waterfront, restaurants, shops, beaches, historic sites, and music festival.
• Directions: To the Island via the Confederation Bridge from New Brunswick: When you leave the bridge, follow the Trans Canada Highway (Highway 1) towards Charlottetown (about 30 minutes' driving time). The highway comes into town via University Avenue; continue on University Avenue until the end of it. At Grafton Street, turn right and continue on Grafton Street for 3 blocks. The Inn is located on the 4th block, # 9 Grafton, on the right side of the street, the 3rd house after crossing Rochford Street.
  To the Island via ferry from Nova Scotia: You will disembark at the ferry terminal at Wood Island; follow the Trans Canada Highway (Highway 1) towards Charlottetown (about 40 minutes' driving time). You will come into town crossing the Hillsborough Bridge. At the bridge, take the lane marked "City Centre"; this will put you on Grafton Street. Continue on Grafton for 9 blocks (numbers will be decreasing.) The Inn is located at # 9, on the right side of the street, the 3rd house after crossing Rochford Street.
  Arriving by air at The Charlottetown Airport and picking up a rental car: When leaving the airport, turn left on Brackley Point Road (Highway 15). At the 2nd set of stop lights, turn right onto Belvedere Avenue. At the 2nd set of stop lights on Belvedere Avenue, turn left onto University Ave. (Burger King Restaurant is on the corner). Continue on University Ave. until the end of it. At Grafton Street, turn right and continue on Grafton for 3 blocks. The Inn is located on the 4th. block, # 9 Grafton, on the right side of the street, the 3rd house after crossing Rochford Street.
