• Accommodations: Five rooms, each with private bath, TV, wireless Internet access, and central air. Guests have access to a wireless Internet for $5.00 for the duration of the stay. In keeping with the tranquil atmosphere of the Inn, our guest rooms do not have telephones in the room. Calling cards may be used on the phone in the common room.
• Rates: $68.00 off season to $99.00 in season. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Stay: two-night minimum stay on most weekends, and three nights on some holiday weekends.

• Payment: A one night deposit is held on a credit card, but the card is not processed prior to arrival. Full payment is due upon arrival at check-in. We accept personal checks, traveler's checks, and cash, but can run a Visa or MC card for an additional 5% of the cost of the room. Group Reservations are held with a check deposit due two months prior to arrival and are nonrefundable.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 16 days prior to scheduled arrival date or deposit is forfeited. A service fee of $15.00 is charged for cancellations.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children age 7 and older are welcome.
• Breakfast: a full breakfast is served at 8:30 AM each morning with coffee available at 7:30 AM
• Special Recommended Recipes: Oatmeal Pancakes, ... Ginger Peaches, .... Baked Oatmeal, ... Egg Sausage Souffle, and Carriage Corner Lancaster County Omelet.
• Inn's Special Events: Small retreats; occasionally couples come to reaffirm their wedding vows.
• Recreation & Activities: Biking, antiquing, festivals, Amish culture and beautiful farmlands, museums, local art and crafts, art galleries, Penna-Dutch Dining.
• Attractions & Special Events: Sight and Sound Millennium Theater, American Music Theatre, Strasburg Steam Railroad, Railroad Museum Penna, Landis Valley Museum, Kitchen Kettle Village, The Amish Experience Theater, A&J Buggy Ride, Bird-in-Hand Farmers' Market, New Holland Horse Auction, cassette auto tour (available at Bed and Breakfast), and auctions throughout the year.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Plain and Fancy Family Restaurant (Penna-Dutch), The Family Cupboard Buffet, Kling House, Greenfield Inn, The Log Cabin, and The Revere Tavern. The B&B can arrange to have dinner in an Amish home.
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Those Amish cottage industries where tourists are welcome to view them first-hand, including dinner with an Amish couple.
