Cheesy Baked Eggs with Canadian Bacon

Ingredients

4 eggs

2 teaspoons cream

4 slices Canadian bacon

1/2 cup shredded cheddar (can use horseradish or pepper cheddar)

Salt and pepper to taste

Spray two ramekin dishes with a non-stick spray. Place 2 Canadian bacon slices side by side in bottom of each ramekin. Place 1/2 teaspoon cream on each piece of Canadian bacon. Carefully break 2 eggs and place on top of bacon slices. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread cheese on top of eggs. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Slide immediately onto plate and serve.
