The Garden Room
In the carriage house (1850's addition to stone house) facing the flower garden and deck, this delightful room has an inviting queen size iron bed and a beautiful antique bureau. The Olde Master Bedroom

One of original bedrooms in the old stone house and on the second floor* this romantic spacious room offers a stately cherry hand-carved rice poster queen size bed, a walnut Victorian dresser, wingback chairs for reading, and the original old non-working fireplace. The stall shower bathroom is across the hall (but private to the room, not shared) with robes provided for trips back and forth. Window unit AC. $105.00 to $149.00 per night.

The Chamberlain Room
Also in the carriage house North Wing (1850's addition) this patriotic themed room named for the colonel of the 20th Maine has antique beds, one double and one twin, an antique dresser and hearth chairs for comfortable reading time. The Lincoln Room

The Gettys Room

The Nook
This is a cozy room in the carriage house (1850's addition) with an antique iron and brass double bed, small writing desk, chair and reading lamp. With an attached petit stall shower bathroom and window unit AC. This room is geared for single travelers or for those traveling with an eye to economy (both in cost and space). $90.00 to $119.00 per night.

The Hoke Room (pictured on right)
On the second story of the old stone house, you will feel like you stepped back in time with our romantic corner bedroom with an iron queen bed reminiscent of days past, with a cherry bureau, and an attached full tub and shower, window unit AC. $105.00 to $149.00 per night.

The Codori Suite

On the second story of the main house this suite has a private balcony overlooking our flower gardens and deck. The South Suite
Also in the second story of 42 York St. and accessed by its own private entrance, this suite's sitting room has lots of light, sofa, reading chairs, card table, and cable TV. The North Suite
In the second story of 42 York St., (our annex adjacent to the stone house, circa 1850-1900), one walks into an inviting sitting room with a queen sofa bed, comfortable chairs, writing desk, cable TV, and a gas fireplace. The Loft Suite (pictured right)
The third floor of stone house is probably the most historically exciting with its exposed stone walls, open rafter cathedral ceiling, and wide pine board floors from the beginning of the house. This suite is one large room with a queen bed, comfortable chairs, mini fridge, wet sink, cable tv, attached tub and shower, plus a seperate room with a daybed and tv/dvd player and a writing desk.
