• Payment: Deposit is the full amount for one night's stay, one night's rate for multiple night stays, payable by credit card or cashier's check (must arrive within 10 days of making reservation). Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, and cash accepted for payment.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a refund of deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days of scheduled arrival date may result in forfeiture of deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled arrival date may be responsible for entire booked stay.
• Check-in: 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Please make arrangements for check in after 6:00 p.m. There is a $25.00 charge for check-ins after 9:00 p.m. No check-ins after 11:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking indoors (allowed in garden, on balconies, and on deck). Children 10 and older welcome.
• Breakfast: Full 3-course breakfast.
• Special Events at Inn: Small conferences and intimate weddings are welcome. Romance, golf, and dinner packages are available.
• Recreation & Activities: Within walking distance of museums, galleries, recreational park, and National Park.
• Attractions & Special Events: National Park surrounds town, several festivals throughout the year, and 1-1/2 hours from Washington DC and Baltimore.

• Directions: You will find the Brafferton just 1/2 block east of Lincoln Square (traffic circle in the center of Gettysburg) on Route 30 going toward York (hence the name of the street). We are the only stone structure on that block and have a big sign over our door announcing the Brafferton as a Bed and Breakfast Inn. The number of our street address is also on the door in big brass numbers "44". Most of the locals in town call the inn "the old Codori house" in case you need to ask for directions.
