Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1 egg
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon soda
1 cup Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup coconut
1 cup oatmeal (quick)
3-1/2 cups flour

Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg. Then add all the other ingredients and mix. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet; press with fork. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees. These cookies keep well in cookie can.

Yields: 60 cookies
