At the edge of Pennsylvania Dutch County outside of Allentown you will find Glasbern, a 21st-century country inn that has evolved from a 19th-century family farm to a premiere lodging retreat. Flowers and vegetables flourish and Scottish highland cattle graze amid a 100-acre valley of sloping paths, streams, and ponds. It is the perfect destination for an intimate wedding ceremony overlooking the lush gardens. Intimate wedding receptions can be accommodated for up to 60 people in our Ballroom, or host 120 people for a lavish outdoor affair in our beautiful seasonal tent.

Enjoy comfortable bed and breakfast lodging plus an on-site restaurant in this complex of eight rustically restored guest and conference buildings. Coupled with modern amenities, the guest rooms are embellished with elegant country charm, perfect for a vacation hideaway or romantic getaway. Whirlpool and fireplace amenities enhance most guest rooms in Glasbern's quaint community of buildings. Glasbern serves Contemporary American Cuisine featuring seasonal menu changes. In-season local garden produce plus desserts and pastries designed on-property are Glasbern hallmarks. Being seated at a candlelit table set with pewter chargers adds a subtle touch of atmosphere, not only inherent in the dining room's architecture but also in the Inn's determination to make the evening of dining one to be remembered.

For the ambitious guest, an outdoor pool, walking trails, bicycles and a fitness center are available on the property. After a workout, you can enjoy a massage at the Inn's on-site spa. The spa services at Glasbern are comprehensive and therapeutic.

Glasbern Inn recognizes that while rest and relaxation are of most importance while visiting, should you need computer or Internet access, visit the inn's Complimentary Business Center complete with printer, copier and fax machine.

A full country breakfast (complimentary with stay) and fine dining cuisine are served in the Barn's Restaurant, which feature majestic slate and shale walls reaching 26 feet to the timbered cathedral ceiling. The starter's buffet is located under the great chandelier and features homemade pastries, muffins, breads, fresh fruit, and cereal. At the individual tables, there is a menu that offers an array of items including Eggs Benedict Florentine, Turkey Fritatta's and a "create-you-own" omelet section.

Before retiring for the night, you can enjoy your favorite spirited beverage in the onsite Pub. All this and more come together to make Glasbern, a Lehigh Valley Inn and Dining destination where guests leave with lasting memories.
