Ingredients:
One 8 ounce can of crushed pineapple
1 cup biscuit mix
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
6 teaspoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon onion flakes
4 ounce cooked ham
pinch of nutmeg

Drain pineapple. Combine pineapple, biscuit mix, milk, eggs, melted butter, mustard, onion and nutmeg in blender; blend until smooth. Mix in ham and cheese. Put in pie pan and bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown. Takes about 35 minutes
