• Accommodations: 2 oceanfront and riverfront suites, each with private outside entry, fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, telephone, dishes etc., DVD player/VCR, and ocean view. There is 32 inch flat screen LCD TV, and Free WiFi Internet access
• Rates: Rates are per night (double occupancy) and are subject to change without notice. Each additional person: add $10.00 per night. Single rate: deduct $10.00 per night.

• Payment: Reservation is held with credit card. Visa, MasterCard, checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid being charged and/or forfeiture of first nights deposit. With less than 7 days' notice, you will be charged for all nights not rebooked.
• Restrictions: Up to 2 children welcome per suite. No smoking (permitted outside only) or pets.
• Breakfast: Continental brought to your room the night before.
