Come and Savour Ontario, Canada's wine country at Inn on the
Twenty, a country retreat in the heart of Niagara's
award-winning wine region. Luxurious lodging accommodations in
single-story and two-level suites are individually decorated
with an eye to tranquility, uniqueness, and comfort.
Both modern and antique touches are evident in the 29
suites, such as either king or two double beds topped with
premium linens; amenities such as gas fireplaces and
individually designed bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs; separate
showers; and natural stone counters. For those who wish to mix
business with pleasure, Inn on the Twenty provides well
appointed meeting facilities to groups of various sizes. All
suites have modem hook-ups and generous work area. Some offer
connecting doors to other suites for couples or families
travelling together.
An enhanced continental breakfast is included in your stay,
with a changing hot item each day. Lunch and dinner are
available at the award-winning On the Twenty
Restaurant and Wine Bar, adjacent to the Inn. Named
for its proximity to Twenty Mile Creek, the restaurant is
housed in an historic winery building which dates back to
1871. The restaurant has bright and airy dining rooms by day
and a warm golden ambience by evening. Private dining rooms
offer a variety of sizes for groups and, in-season, a lovely
outdoor terrace gives a romantic quality to dining. The
cuisine is centered on the freshest available regional produce
and enhanced by innovative presentation. The restaurant is
partnered with Cave Spring Cellars, featuring some of
Niagara's finest vinifera wines. Guests are welcomed to tour
and taste some of their vintage dated selections.
The Inn on Twenty also offers a full-service spa with a
variety of esthetic and therapeutic massage services. Steam
and multi-head showers are available. The spa is a member of
the Spas Ontario quality assurance program. |
The village of Jordan offers many opportunities for
wandering, shopping, and antique hunting. It even houses a
small museum devoted to its early settlers. Considering its
rural charm, Jordan is surprisingly close to such famous
attractions as Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and The
Shaw Festival. For more active pursuits, golf courses are
nearby, as is the Bruce Trail and Ball's Fall, a conservation
area perfect for nature walks. This is also a wonderful place
to start a bike tour through the Wine Region!
Be sure to see their website for special packages at Inn on
the Twenty, including golf, spa, weekday, and Shaw Festival
packages. The staff at Inn on the Twenty looks forward to
enhancing your enjoyment of Niagara's beautiful wine country.
