• Accommodations: Twenty-four guest rooms including 1 honeymoon suite. 22 rooms have two extra-long double beds and an extra vanity. Honeymoon suite (room # 213) has Jacuzzi tub and separate kitchenette, and a handicap-accessible room has an extra-long double bed and a twin daybed.
• Rates: $70.00 to $199.00 per night. Children under the age of 12 are free in the same room as adults. There is an additional charge of $10.00 per person plus tax children 12 and older. Please specify when making a reservation how many people are in the room. Group rates area available upon request. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellation Policy Strictly Enforced. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. All package weekends and specials required a 7 days cancellation period.
• Restrictions: Children are welcome on the first floor only. Second floor is reserved for 16 years and older. Smoking allowed only in designated smoking room. There is a $250.00 smoking fee for smoking in a non smoking room plus damages. No pets please.
• Breakfast: Deluxe continental breakfast.
• Special Events at Inn: Special packages, romance packages, Murder Mysteries, concerts and musical performances.
• Recreation & Activities: Horseback riding, sleigh rides, hiking, biking, shopping, museums and Amish Farms and Markets.
• Attractions & Special Events: Guggisberg Cheese Factory, town of Charm, Berlin, Mt. Hope and Antique shops.
• Special Recommended Restaurants: right across the street and enjoy authentic Swiss/Austrian/Amish cooking at Chalet in the Valley Restaurant. (330-893-2550)
• Area Livestock Auctions: Monday- Sugarcreek (15 minutes), Tuesday- Farmerstown (5 minutes), Wednesday- Mt Hope (15 minutes), Thursday- Kidron (25 minutes), Friday- Sugarcreek (15 minutes), and Mt Hope Draft Horse Sale always the Second Saturday of each month.
• Directions: The easiest way to find us is from State Route 39. From State Route 39 approximately 1 mile west of Berlin, you will turn south onto State Route 557. As you head south on State Route 557, you will pass world-famous Guggisberg Cheese on your right and Chalet in the Valley Restaurant on the left. Guggisberg Swiss Inn is just past these two destinations, approximately four miles south of the State Route 39/State Route 557 intersection.
