• Minimum Stay: There is a 2-night minimum stay on weekends. So if you reserve Friday or Saturday night, you must link it with one other night at the weekend rate. Sunday night is at the weekend rate unless it is linked with Monday night, in which case we will discount it to a weeknight.

• Cancellations: Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If you find it necessary to cancel, please notify us at least 14 days prior to arrival and your deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00 administrative fee. If you cancel with less than 14 days advance notice, you will be charged one nights stay unless we can rebook your room. In the event you reschedule with less than 14 days notice you will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee. Reservations can only be rescheduled one time, any rescheduling thereafter will result in being charged one nights stay. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule within 3 days of your reservation, you will be responsible for the entire length of your stay (we may make an exception provided a verifiable medical emergency is produced or we can book your room). We guarantee your room; therefore, cancellations must be made directly with guest services during regular office hours. In the event of an early departure, we are unable to provide a refund of any type.
• Payment: 1 night's payment required as deposit. All major credit cards and personal checks accepted.
• Restrictions: No smoking anywhere on the property. Not suitable for children. No pets.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast. Continental breakfast room service also available.
• Lunch/Dinner: 5-course single entree dinner nightly; 7 courses on Saturday. Gourmet picnic lunches. In-room dining.
• Specials: Feeling tense? A licensed massage therapist is available by reservation. Getting married or having an anniversary? Stay at Glenlaurel Inn on your wedding night and get a 10% discount for that night. Stay at the inn the following year, and get a 20% discount then 30% and 40% until after 5 years, you get your anniversary night for half price. So join the "Anniversary Club."
• Special Events at the Inn: Weddings of 50 persons or less and conferences of 20 persons or less. Receptions, conferences facilities, on-site spa, and in-room treatments/services.
• Recreation & Activities: 140 acres of hiking on the estate, bird watching, and stargazing. Onsite hike at private gorge. Swimming, fishing, horseback riding, golf, and canoeing are nearby.
