Pine Island's premier Bed and Breakfast,
The Glenwood House, circa 1855, is a beautifully restored
Victorian Farmhouse situated above the picturesque Pochuck
Valley only 8 miles from Historic Warwick and only 5 minutes
from Mountain Creek Ski and Water Resort.
The Glenwood House B&B offers seven
guest rooms and suites each uniquely decorated with your
comfort and relaxation in mind. Amenities in the Suites may
include a gas fireplace, two person hydro-massage whirlpool
tub, or two person Jacuzzi with a separate tile shower, able
TV, and access to the video library. All accommodations have
private baths, while some even feature a kitchenette.
A full breakfast is served each morning in
the Main House, or can be delivered to your door for breakfast
in bed. In an effort to provide better service for guests
requiring a Kosher diet, a small breakfast basket of fresh,
unpeeled fruit, yogurt, and individual containers of orange
juice will be provided free of charge.
There are 450 acres of state land on the
mountain behind the inn, and two beautiful, pristine lakes,
miles of hiking trails including the Appalachian Trail and
untouched forest that await your exploration . Regardless of
the season, the Warwick Valley offers you miles of adventure,
gourmet restaurants, antique shops, fine galleries, and
scenery.
Relax and forget the outside world for a
moment. Imagine yourself in a comfortable rocker on a wide
front porch sipping cider. The valley below is full of geese
and a small family of deer. Spend the day antique hunting or
enjoy a romantic picnic at one of the nearby mountain lakes
