• Payment: Deposit is 50% of stay. Personal checks and money orders accepted (sorry, no credit cards).
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
• Check-in: 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children 12 and older welcome.
• Breakfast: Full, hot gourmet breakfast.
• Recreation & Activities: Antiquing, skydiving, mountain climbing, golf, hiking, biking, and rock climbing, swimming, cross-country skiing, and canoeing nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: Hudson Valley, Catskill Mountains, Shawangunk Mountains, Mohonk Preserve, Minnewaska State Park, Hudson River cruises, Roosevelt's Home and the Vanderbilt Mansion, Vassar, Marist, SUNY New Paltz, the Culinary Institute of America, Catskill Game Farm, museums and art galleries, Biennial Sculpture Exhibitions, New Paltz, Kingston's Historical District, antique auctions, and Ulster Performing Arts Center.

• Directions: From South: NYS Thruway North to Exit 18 (New Paltz). Turn left onto 299 West. Turn right onto 32 North. Turn left onto 213 West. Turn right onto 209 North. Turn left onto 213 West and travel 1 mile to stop sign. Make a right and continue 1.8 miles to Bush Rd on left. Make an immediate left onto Peak Farm Road and travel 1/4 mile to top. Sign and driveway on the right.
  From North: NYS Thruway South to Exit 19 (Kingston). Right onto Rt. 28 West. Take Cloverleaf onto Rt. 209 South (Ellenville). Turn right onto Rt. 213 West and travel 1 mile to stop sign. Make a right and continue 1.8 miles to Bush Rd on left. Make an immediate left onto Peak Farm Road and travel 1/4 mile to top. Sign and driveway on the right.
