- Payment: A deposit of 50% of stay (with a minimum of the
1st night's stay) required to hold room. Deposits/payments paid by
check must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. In season, a
$400.00 credit card deposit will be authorized for beach parking
permits and will be released when the permits are returned.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be
received at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure
deposit refund, less a service charge equal to 10% of the room

able to re-rent the rooms.* Cancellations within 30 days of

a room credit for a comparable number of nights mid-week (excluding
high season and holidays) in conjunction with another paid stay.
