• Payment: One night's rate deposit for 1- to 2-night reservations (50% deposit required for longer stays). Personal checks accepted. Balance payable in cash or travelers' checks.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received more than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival for refund of deposit, except holidays and racing season. Within the 2-week period, deposit is refundable only if the room is re-rented. All cancellations are subject to a handling fee of $10.00.
• Restrictions: Non-smokers only. No pets, please. Children welcome. This is a fragrance free B&B.
