- Payment: A credit card will hold your reservation. All
major credit cards accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: During the regular season,
notification of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior
to scheduled arrival date. During Holiday weekends, notification of
cancellation must be received at least 21 days prior to scheduled
arrival date. If notification is received within the cancellation
time periods, the advance deposit will be refunded, less a $50.00
per room cancellation fee.
- Restrictions: Smoking in designated areas only. Sorry, no
pets. Children welcome.
- Languages Spoken: Spanish,
and English.
- Breakfast: Full.
- Lunch/Dinner: Lunch (picnic or sit down at the Inn) is
$15.00 per person; dinner (served from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.) is $40.00
per person. Lunch and dinner are included in the Mountain Plan.
- Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions, and
conference facilities available. Massages can be arranged.
- Recreation & Activities: On site: Tennis, indoor
swimming pool, fitness center, basketball court, children's
playroom, hiking, cross-country skiing, ice skating, casting pond,
and 1 mile of private water on the Beaverkill River for fly fishing.
Nearby: downhill skiing, snowboarding, canoeing, and kayaking.
- Attractions & Special Events: Catskill Fly Fishing
Center and Museum, Catskill State Park, Roscoe O&W Railway
Museum and Caboose, Delaware & Ulster Rail Ride, Catskill Scenic
Trail Ride, and Catskill Forest Preserve.
- Directions: From New York City: Cross the George
Washington Bridge (westbound, upper level), staying in the right
lane. Immediately exit right onto the Palisades Parkway. Travel
north for 19 miles to Exit 9 West (to Albany) and take NYS Thruway
North to Harriman Exit 16. Follow Route 17 West 64 miles to
Livingston Manor/Lew Beach Exit 96. Follow directions "From
Exit 96" below.
From New Jersey: Take Garden State Parkway or
Route 287 to NYS Thruway North to Harriman Exit 16. Follow Route 17
West 64 miles to Livingston Manor/Lew Beach Exit 96. Follow
directions "From Exit 96" below.
From Connecticut: Take Route 84 West across
Hudson River to Route 17 West at Middletown Exit 4. Continue west on
Route 17 to Exit 96. Follow directions "From Exit 96"
below.
Directions from Exit 96: After exiting, bear
right under Route 17 for 3/10 mile. Turn right at stop sign. Travel
1 mile and turn right onto Beaverkill Road (Route 151). Proceed 7
miles to the hamlet of Lew Beach. Continue straight for 2.2 miles to
small bridge on left marked by sign "Beaverkill Valley Inn".
From Massachusetts: Take the Mass Turnpike to
Exit B2 onto the Taconic Parkway. Take exit (Route 66) to Hudson and
south to Route 23B West. Cross the river to Catskill; follow Route
23 to Grand Gorge. Travel south on Route 30 to Margaretville. Turn
left at the traffic light in Margaretville, cross bridge, and turn
right to continue on Route 30 (also Route 28 West) for 3.5 miles.
Turn left to continue on Route 30. Travel 8 miles to reservoir
bridge. Cross bridge and bear right; continue for 2.6 miles. Turn
left onto Beech Hill Road (marked by a small green sign). Travel 6.5
miles (climb to summit, descend to Beaverkill River, and cross
bridge). Turn left onto Route 54. Continue 1/2 mile to small bridge
on left marked by sign "Beaverkill Valley Inn".
