weeks in advance for weekends and for stays in July and August. The
annual Baseball Hall of Fame Induction weekend and Glimmerglass

- Payment: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid
credit card deposit (1 night for stays of 1 or 2 nights or 50% for
stays of 3 nights ore more). Deposit policy for group reservations
differs. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is changed, in
whole or in part, a processing fee of $25.00 per room will be
charged. Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior
to scheduled arrival date for full refund less processing fee. With
less than 14 days' notice, a refund is subject to re-rental of the
reserved room with no loss to The Inn at Cooperstown. Vacancies
caused by late arrivals or early departures are considered to be
cancellations and are subject to the cancellation policy and fees
described above. Cancellation policy for group reservations differs.
- Check-in: between 2:30 and 11:00 p.m. (later arrivals
with advance notice). Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
- Restrictions: Families are welcomed at the Inn. No
smoking. Pets are not allowed.
- Breakfast: Continental breakfast is served daily from
8:00 to 9:30 a.m.
- Special Events at Inn: Small business meetings of up to
12 in the conference room.
- Recreation & Activities: Antiquing, sports center,
swimming, biking, boating, fishing, golf, horseback riding,
shopping, cross-country skiing, and tennis nearby.
- Attractions & Special Events: National Baseball Hall
of Fame and Museum, Fenimore Art Museum, The Farmer's Museum,
Glimmerglass Opera, Brewery Ommegang, Glimmerglass State Park, Hyde

- Directions: The Inn at Cooperstown is located in central
New York state, 70 miles west of Albany and 30 miles south of the
New York State Thruway (Rt. I-90).
From the west, use Thruway Exit 30 at Herkimer
(Rt. 28).
From the east, Thruway Exit 25A at Rt. I-88 (to
Rts. 20 and 80).
From the south, use Rts. I-88 and 28
(Binghamton-Oneonta-Cooperstown).
From the southeast, Thruway (Rt. I-87) Exit 21
at Catskill (use Rts. 23, 145, 20, and 80). Other scenic drives are
possible along Rt. 20 east or west and Rt. 28 through the Catskill
Mountains.
In addition, Pine Hill Trailways provides daily bus service
between Cooperstown and New York City (Port Authority Bus Terminal).
The Inn at Cooperstown is centrally located in the Village of
Cooperstown on Chestnut Street (Rt. 80), 3 buildings north of the
only traffic light in town.
