• Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders and travelers checks accepted. Company checks accepted for reservations made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Checks and money orders must be received at Twin Gables within 4 working days of making a reservation. No personal checks.
• Check-In: Reservations are held until 4:00 pm, unless guaranteed late arrival is requested. At check-in guests must show ID, Submit credit card and sign charge slip. Check-Out: promptly at 11:30 am. Additional time can be purchased.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival time for refund, less a $15.00 service charge. After that, 1-night reservations are non-refundable, and multi-night reservations will be assessed 1 night's rent. When cancelled rooms can be re-rented, only the $15.00 service charge will be charged. All cancellations will be charged to the credit card given at the time of your reservation.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children welcome with prior approval.
• Languages Spoken: French, ... Flemish, and English.

• Directions: From the South (2 hours from New York City): New York State Thruway North to Exit 20 - Saugerties. After toll booth, take left at stop light onto Route 212 to Woodstock (about 10 miles). Bear left at Village Green and travel 1 block; Twin Gables is the yellow and green house on your left.
  From the North (1 hour from Albany): New York State Thruway South to Exit 20 - Saugerties. After toll booth, go left to stop sign, then right onto Route 212 to Woodstock (about 10 miles). Bear left at Village Green block and travel 1 block; Twin Gables is the yellow and greenhouse on your left.
  Bus Transportation: Adirondack Trailways bus line from New York City Port Authority. Woodstock bus stop is at the Village Green, one block from Twin Gables. Go left after exiting bus.
