• Payment: Deposit is 1 night's stay or 50% of total, whichever is greater, due by credit card at the time of reservation or by check if mailed within 10 days. Full payment is required at time of reservation for special events, retreats, and racing season. Balance is due upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, travelers' and personal checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, minus a $35.00 cancellation fee. For special events, retreats, and racing season, cancellation notice must be received at least 6 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date for 50% refund.
• Check-in: between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. Please make arrangements for late arrivals. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Please call Innkeeper regarding children. Casual drinking of alcoholic beverages allowed.
• Breakfast: Full gourmet breakfast made to order.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Lady Fingers with Strawberry Spumone Cream and Eggs in Shrimp Nest.
• Languages Spoken: Rumanian and English.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions, and conference facilities.

• Directions: From Interstate 87 (more commonly called the Northway), take Exit 14 and bear/turn right toward Saratoga Springs. At first traffic light, take a right onto Henning Avenue. Go approx. 1 mile to light at the intersection of Henning and Lake Avenue. Take a left onto Lake Avenue. We are on the left at 142 Lake Avenue (on the corner of Marion Place and Lake Avenue). Parking is available behind the property.
