• Accommodations: 3 rooms, each with private bath, private entrance, fireplace, kitchenette, down comforters, oriental rugs, ceiling fans, and plenty of books. Adobe guest house has two of the rooms which can be rented together, as well as 2 baths, living room, and kitchenette; sleeps 4 to 5.
• Rates: Rates shown are for single/double occupancy and do not include the 5.8% tax. Rates higher during Balloon Fest, Christmas, and Thanksgiving. Discounts for extended stays or no breakfast. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Reservations: Reservations call: (505) 898-0654. Please, no calls after 9:00 p.m. MST.
  Minimum stay is usually 2 days; 1 day is OK if it is last-minute and/or falls in between other bookings.

• Payment: Deposit 1/2 total or one night's stay. Personal checks OK; no credit cards.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund of deposit, minus $10.00 fee.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Well-behaved pets welcome - No dogs on furniture. Well-behaved children welcome. Crib and highchair available.
• Breakfast: Continental or full breakfast served in room or on porch. Room service, early coffee, no set time for breakfast.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Chile-Cheese Grits, ... Fresh Peach Muffins, and Great Pancakes.
• Languages Spoken: Spanish and English.
• Attractions & Special Events: Mountains, museums, zoo, Indians, and good hiking; only 1 hour from Santa Fe.

• Directions: From the North (Santa Fe): take Tramway/4th Street exit. Continue on 4th Street about 4 miles to Ortega Road. Turn right and go exactly 7/10 mile to private gravel drive across from blue mail box, turn right.
  From the South, East, or West: take Rio Grande Blvd. exit off I-40. Go North on Rio Grande to Ortega Road (6 miles). Turn right and go 4/10 mile to private gravel drive across from blue mail box. Turn left and go straight back to big adobe house.
