• Accommodations: 4 guest rooms and 2 full baths, hot tube, outdoor bathhouse, yoga/dance floor, outdoor bunkhouse, 2 large living/conference rooms, 2 fireplaces, laundry room, large kitchen / dining room, meeting barn, and parking for six vehicles.
• Rates: $59.00 per person. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.
• Reservations: Reservations are recommended in advance. Call (505) 474-8359, Email: info@heavenlylodge.us or contact a travel agent. Minimum stay is 2 nights.

• Payment: A non refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to hold/reserve. The balance will be due within 30 days of deposit. If event is prior to 30 days from reservation it will be due within 48 hours of arrival. An invoice will be sent to your email. The balance will include a refundable cleaning/damage deposit. This will be refunded to you within 7 working days if the lodge is clean and there is no damage.
• Cancellation Policy: At reservation time you will be asked to include your first and second choice of dates for your conference. If the retreat lodge is unavailable for the times you request a deposit refund will be issued within 24 hours. Call for cancellation policy details.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets. Children age 12 and older welcome.
• Breakfast: Continental breakfast (extra charge).
• Lunch/Dinner: On-site chef and meal services including breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner (extra charge).
• Special Events at Inn: Retreats, conferences, yoga, and other workshops.
• Recreation & Activities: Hunting, hiking, touring, shopping, and dining.
• Attractions & Special Events: Santa Fe, Albuquerque, East Mountains.
• Directions: Big Dipper Rd & Skyland Blvd, 30 minutes from Albuquerque Intl. Airport, and 75 minutes away from downtown Santa Fe.
