El Farolito Bed and Breakfast Inn, featuring quality New
Mexico lodging accommodations in an authentic adobe compound,
is one of Santa Fe's finest smaller inns and a warm hotel
alternative.
Conveniently located in the City's historic district, El
Farolito is only minutes away from some of Santa Fe's
world-renowned landmarks and attractions. Your innkeepers'
warm and personal service, attention to detail, and the
staff's unobtrusive style will make your stay at El Farolito a
very special occasion.
The Inn is furnished with original Southwestern art,
hand-crafted furniture, weaving, and folk crafts which have
been carefully selected to create seven charming guest rooms
(casitas) reflective of New Mexico's rich cultural heritage.
These captivating casitas are authentically constructed with
tile or brick floors, wood-beamed ceilings, and hand-painted
tile baths. Tastefully finished with unique items remind
visitors of Santa Fe's cultural heritage of Pueblo Indian,
Spanish Colonial, and Pioneer Anglo settlers.
Located in four authentic Santa Fe adobe buildings, the
romantic casitas all feature private baths and kiva
fireplaces, phones, air conditioning, and cable television.
Accommodations also include private entrances and a private
courtyard area or patio for viewing a beautiful sunrise or
sunset. In addition, some casitas offer wet bars with small
refrigerators and coffee service. Six of the enchanting rooms
and the suite have plush queen beds, and one houses two
convenient double beds.
Your hosts stand ready to provide warm hospitality and
attentive service to ensure that your visit is a pleasant one.
As part of your stay, they offer a hot buffet breakfast
consisting of a hot entree, savory baked goods, a fresh fruit
plate, cereals, juices, yogurt, and freshly brewed coffee and
tea. |
Walt and Wayne will be happy to take care of your dinner
reservations at any of Santa Fe's numerous fine restaurants.
They are knowledgable about the area and can advise you about
local attractions such as museums, art galleries, neighboring
Pueblos, Bandalier, Taos, and many outdoor recreational
opportunities.
El Farolito is a short 10-minute walk to the historic Plaza,
one block from the State Capitol building, and a brief stroll
to many shops and fine restaurants, including those in the
Sanbusco Market Center. Outdoor enthusiasts will want to take
advantage of the skiing, cycling, hiking, river rafting,
horseback riding, and golf available in the area. Museums, art
galleries, Indian and Spanish markets, and flea markets are
minutes from your casita. Guests who welcome a restful retreat
must visit the pampering health spas and hot springs in the
area. There is certainly something for everyone in the scenic
Santa Fe area. |
