• Accommodations: 5 guestrooms each with a private bath, 2 with fireplaces, and 1 with jetted tub.
• Rates: $95.00 to $149.00 per night. Extra $20.00 charge for weekends. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum stay is 3 nights during Holidays. We do not have a minimum night stay. However, on weekends May-October we do charge an additional $20.00 for one night stays.

• Payment: Deposit equalling 50% of entire stay due at reservation. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and personal checks accepted.
• Check-in: 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm or by Special Arrangement. Check-out: 11:00 am
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of 90% of deposit. If cancellation notice is received less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, you are responsible for the entire amount of reservation unless we are able to re-rent room.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets. Children age 8 and older welcome.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.
• Special Events at Inn: Special events for under 40 people.
• Recreation & Activities: Membership to El Gancho Fitness Swim & Racquet Club 4 miles from B&B.
• Attractions & Special Events: Mountains, hiking, birding, stargazing, shopping, Bobcat Bite Cafe, museums, snow skiing, and Indian Market.
• Handicapped Facilities/Accessible: Limited accessibility.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Bobcat Bite Cafe (505) 983-5319, ... Maria's New Mexican Kitchen (505) 983-7929, ... Santa Cafe (505) 984-1788, and Steak Smith at El Gancho (505) 988-3333.
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Pecos National Monument, Pecos Wilderness, Pre 1935 - Route 66, and Bobcat Bite Cafe.
• Directions: From Santa Fe: Drive south approximately 3 miles on Old Santa Fe Trail to Old Pecos Trail. When you come to the light at the frontage road to I-25, turn left. You are now on Old Las Vegas Hwy. Drive 4.4 miles and directly past the Bobcat Bite Cafe, the Inn is on the left. Watch for the small sign, drive up the hill on the paved drive and the B&B is the first house.
  From the Albuquerque Airport: Take I-25 to Santa Fe. Exit #284 Old Pecos Trail. At stop sign, turn left. Drive over I-25. At first light turn right onto Old Las Vegas Hwy. Go 4.4 miles and the Bobcat Inn will be on your left, (we are directly past The Bobcat Bite Cafe). Go up the hill (to the right) on the paved drive and the B&B is the first house.
  From Las Vegas, New Mexico: Drive South I-25 to Santa Fe. Exit #290. At the stop sign, turn right. At the blinking light (Old Las Vegas Hwy) turn left. Drive 1.9 miles and the Inn will be on the right. If you pass the Bobcat Bite, you have gone too far.
