• Accommodations: 3 guest rooms each with a private bathroom w/Jacuzzi jets in tubs Luxurious towels, robes, and bedding. Three rooms with queen-sized beds with 14'' luxury pillow top Posturepedic mattresses. One room with 2 twin beds and private bath. Cable TV/DVD/VCR in each room. Internet wireless throughout inn. A/C (summer) and portable fireplace (winter). A Nordic Track is available for guest usage in the sitting room.
• Rates: $115.00 to $140.00 plus tax, per night plus 8% New Hampshire Lodging Tax. All rates based on double occupancy. Military, AAA and AARP discounts available. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Check-in: is after 3:00 p.m. Special arrangements can be made. Check-out: 10:30 a.m.
• Payment: All reservations must be guaranteed by advance payment of one night's lodging by either credit card or check.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be received 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Should you cancel in less than 10 days of your arrival date, you will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee and one room night. If we are able to rebook your room, we will send you a gift certificate for one room night for your future use.
• Restrictions: Pet friendly, depending on size of the dog. Guests must have dog carrier. Owners’ cats and dog on property (only in owners’ quarters). No smoking in rooms.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast. Please let us know of any food allergies you may have around breakfast items. We like to accommodate all of our guests
• Special Events at Inn: Stay and Ski Packages.
• Recreation & Activities: Boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, biking, golfing, horseback riding, antiquing, skiing, and shopping.
• Attractions & Special Events: White Mountains, Lake Winnipesauke, Lake Winnesquam, Lake Winnipesauke Boat Cruises, Polar Caves, Castle in the Clouds, Squam Lakes Natural Sciences Center, Hobo & Winnipesauke Railroads, Canterbury Shaker Village, Keepsake Quilting Store, Franconia Notch State Park, Mills Falls Shopping (Meredith), and Outlet Shopping (Tilton).
• Directions: Driving from the North or South: Follow Interstate 93 to Exit 24 (Ashland). Bear right off the exit onto Route 3 south and proceed for 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Highland Street at Meredith Village Savings Bank. Cheney House is up the hill on the right.
  Driving from the West: A variety of routes coming from the west eventually lead to Interstate 93, so we suggest you hop onto I-93 and follow the directions as above.
  Driving from the East: The most convenient is Route 25. Follow Route 25 West into Ashland. Turn right onto Highland Street at Meredith Village Savings Bank. Cheney House is up the hill on the right.
