Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients

1 loaf of bread

12 large eggs

1 cup milk

8 ounces cream cheese

1/2 cup maple syrup

Cinnamon (to add flavor)

Spray an 8 x 12-inch pan with non-stick spray and line with bread cubes. Layer cream cheese (cut into cubes or strips) on top of bread. Add remaining bread cubes on top of cream cheese. Beat eggs, cinnamon, maple syrup, and milk together; pour entire mix over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Remove next morning, uncover, and bake for 45 minutes in 350-degree oven. You can cut the recipe in half for a smaller group.
