• Accommodations: 13 rooms, each with private bath. Extra person is an additional $40 per person, per room, per night. Rollaway beds or cots are not provided.
• Rates: B&B: $140.00 to $290.00, including full country breakfast. Room rates are before 8% tax and 6% gratuity. Four-course dinner may be added for $80.00 per couple per night, price does not include 8% tax and 20% service charge. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: 50% deposit required. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, checks, and traveler's checks are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival to recieve a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. With less than 14 days' notice, your deposit will be returned only if we are able to rent to others. A $50.00 processing fee, per reserved room, is deducted from all refunds.
• Restrictions: No pets. Smoking allowed in designated outdoor areas only, smoking inside will result in a $150 cleaning fee. Well-supervised children 8 years and older welcomed.
• Breakfast: A full country breakfast is served. There is a full dining restaurant on premises.
• Special Recommended Recipes: Jay's Vinaigrette, ... Chocolate Paté, ... Heavenly Hots, and Cheese Balls.
• Languages Spoken: Spanish and English.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions, reunions, and small business conferences.
• Recreation & Activities: On-site nature trails offer hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, bird watching, and carriage/sleigh rides. Also in-ground pool and patio on-site. Golf, tennis, hiking, downhill skiing, swimming, canoeing, ice skating, and tax-free shopping nearby.

• Directions: Traveling north on Route 16, turn left 1/2 mile before Conway onto Bald Hill Road. Go up the hill 1 mile, turn right at the Inn's sign onto Chase Hill Road, and go 1 more mile to the Inn.
  From May to November: Traveling east on Route 112 (the Kancamangus Scenic Highway), turn right at the billboard for the Darby Field Inn onto Abenaki Way and continue up the steep hill 1/2 mile to the Inn. Note: The road to the Inn from Route 112 is exactly 1.9 miles west of Route 16. After this turn, it is only 1/2 mile to the Inn.
