- Payment: Deposit not required. Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, and cash accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be
received at least 7 days (21 days for foliage season and holidays)
prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made with less than
the required notice will result in a charge of 1/2 the full room
rate if the room is not otherwise reserved. No shows will result in
a charge of the full room rate.
- Check-in: 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. or by prior arrangement. Check-out:
11:00 a.m.
- Restrictions: No smoking on property. No pets allowed.
Children 13 and older welcome.
- Breakfast: Full American breakfast served from 7:00 to
9:00 a.m.
- Recreation & Activities: Swimming pool and gardens
on premises. Hiking, climbing, canoeing, kayaking, skiing,
snowshoeing, mountain climbing, ice climbing, and skiing nearby.
- Attractions & Special Events: Mt. Washington Valley,
White Mountains National Forest, and Winter Carnival. Cranmore,
Attitash, Wildcat, Loon Mountain, Tuckerman's Ravine, Shawnee Peak,
Bretton Woods, Black Mountain, and Waterville Valley ski resorts
within a short drive. Great Glen Trials Outdoor Center and Jackson
National Ski Touring Center nearby.

- Directions: From south of North Conway:
Take I-95 North to Portsmouth, NH and bear left towards the
Spaulding Turnpike branch towards Route 16 (its sign says "White
Mountains"). Take Route 16 North. Keep following Route 16
through Conway and into North Conway. Approximately 1 mile north of
the Mountain Valley Mall (you'll see that on your right), you'll see
the state directional sign for the B&B. Take the second right,
about 0.3 mile after that, onto Locust Lane. We're at the top of the
hill on the left. Alternatively, take I-93 North through Manchester
and Concord, NH to Ashland exit 24. Then take Route 3 east/south to
Meredith, then Route 25 north/east to West Ossipee, then follow
Route 16 into North Conway.
From north of North Conway: Take Route 93 or 91
South to Route 302. Go east through North Conway village. Locust
Lane is on the left 1/2 mile south of the Village.
