- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $20.00 handling fee. If reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited unless they are able to re-rent the room.
- Restrictions: No smoking. No pets. Children over 10 welcome.

Downhill skiing at Waterville Valley, Loon Mountain, and Tenney Mountain. Cross-country skiing on lake and at ski areas.
