• Accommodations: 7 guest rooms, each with 1 queen or 2 double beds and private bath.
• Open: All year.
• Rates: $116.00 to $136.00 per night, double occupancy. $166.00 for four people. $20.00 charge for additional person in room. Special discounts for military, corporate, and Realtor. Discounted group rates available with conferences/meetings and two night minimum. 6.75% State and 6% Local tax not included in rates. Federal and state government rates applicable Sunday-Thursday only. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum stay: 2 nights for group stays.

• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or prior arrangement. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks, and travelers' checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 72 hours prior to the 3:00 p.m. check-in time (date of scheduled arrival) and a $25.00 administrative fee will be billed to your credit card. If cancellation is received less than 72 hours notice before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, a $25.00 administrative fee plus a 1 night's stay will be charged to your credit card unless we are able to rebook the room for the period of your original reservation. If we are unable to rebook the room, the amount may be applied to a return visit to Meadows Inn within six months.
• Restrictions: No pets (off-site pet boarding available). No smoking. Children welcome.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.

Turn right one block to Pollock St. Turn right on Pollock St, the Meadows Inn will be the second building on the right, 212 Pollock St.
