• Payment: Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card or check. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and cash accepted. A deposit of one night or 50% (whichever is greater) is required to guarantee reservations.
• Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, notice must be received at least 14 days (30 days for groups) prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $25.00 handling fee. For cancellations made within 14 days (30 days for groups) of scheduled arrival date, the deposit is retained as a handling fee.
  October Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, notice must be received at least 14 days (30 days for groups) prior to scheduled arrival date and room must be re-booked for a refund of deposit, less a 10% cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days (30 days for groups) of scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• Check-in: Between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. unless by prior arrangement. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets. Children over 12 years old welcome.
• Breakfast: Full gourmet breakfast. Special dietary needs can be accommodated with prior notice.
