• Accommodations: 3 rooms and 2 suites. All have private baths, and cable TV.
• Rates: High season: $125.00 to $145.00. Low season: $105.00 - $120.00 (all rooms). Rates are based on double occupancy; additional guests per room are $15.00 each. Rates do not include tax and are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

  Minimum stay is 2 nights on weekends during the high season and on major holidays.

• Payment: Deposit is one night's stay. Reservations held for 7 days pending receipt of your personal check, or hold with credit card. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Your deposit is fully refundable if adequate notice is received. For holidays and special events, cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date. For all other times, 7 days' advance notice is required. Deposits are non-refundable if less notice is received.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking (smoking outside on decks only). Inquire about children.
• Breakfast: Full gourmet breakfast.
• Recreation & Activities: Fishing, hiking, golf, and beach nearby, horseback riding and tubing.
• Attractions & Special Events: Blue Ridge Mountains, Lake Lure, Rocky Broad River, Chimney Rock Park, 2 championship golf courses, and 22 miles to Biltmore Estate in Asheville.
