• Check-in: 4:30 p.m. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
• Payment: Reservations are secured with a credit card. Visa, MasterCard, or American Express accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations notice must be received 8 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date for return of deposit minus a $20.00 service charge. Cancellations 7 or fewer days before the reservation date result in a 50% forfeiture. Same day cancellations and "no-show" reservations will be charged at 100% unless they can be rebooked. Group or special event reservations are subject to a 50% forfeiture for all rooms and dates canceled up to 8 days prior scheduled arrival date, and to a 100% forfeiture for cancellation with notice of 7 days or less. If the room can be rebooked, there is only a $20.00 handling fee per room.
• Restrictions: No smoking or open flames of any kind, including candles, are allowed in the rooms, on the room decks, or inside the Inn. Smoking on the property is limited to designated outside areas. Any evidence of violation of the non-smoking policy will result in a minimum $100.00 cleaning fee. Please refrain from using rose petals in rooms as they stain fine linens, carpet and upholstery. Guests will be charged full price for any replacements. Not appropriate for children less than 13 years of age. Room occupancy is limited to a maximum of 2 guests per room.
