- Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your reservations, cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure refund of monies, less charges. One night's rate will be charged for less than 14 days' notice. With less than 1 week's notice, there will be no refund if unable to sell room.
- Restrictions: No pets. Children over 10 are welcome. Smoking allowed in designated areas on the balcony, veranda and patio -- not in house.
- Breakfast: A full breakfast plus early morning coffee is served.
- Languages Spoken: Spanish and English.
- Special Events at Inn: Receptions and weddings.
- Recreation & Activities: Tennis courts within one block, public golf course two miles away, and a public Olympic pool at the YMCA.
- Attractions & Special Events: Presser Hall - concert hall (swing bands, operas, plays, and musicals), Soy Bean Festival in September, Miss Missouri Pageant in June, Missouri Military Academy activities and concerts. Mid Missouri Concert Association, Mexico Arts Council, Mark Twain Lake, Soy Bean Parade, Miss Missouri Parade, and the Show Me State games (track & field).
