• Payment: Deposit of one night's stay due at time of reservation. Visa and Mastercard accepted.
• Check-in: for lodging is after 4:00 p.m. Check-out: is before 11:00 a.m.
  Check-in: for camping is after 2:00 p.m. Check-out: is before 2:00 p.m.
  Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. All cancellations subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for early departure.
• Restrictions: Children welcome. Our lodging units are inspected very carefully just prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure. Missing or damaged items will be charged to your account. We adhere to a strict No Smoking, No Pet Policy our lodging units. Any indication of smoking or pets will cause your account to be charged $100.00 for cleaning.
• Recreation & Activities: Golf, water park, camping, go carts, bumper boats, wave pool, fishing, lake, pool, and paddle boats.
• Attractions & Special Events: Mark Twain Museum, Hannibal's Own Town, Mark Twain Lake, Monroe City, childhood home of the Titanic's Molly Brown, Rockcliffe Mansion, and craft, novelty, and antique shops.
