  Minimum stay at the Inn is 2 nights on September and October weekends. Minimum stay at the Guesthouse is 2 nights all year.

• Payment: For rooms at the Inn, no deposit is required unless reserving multiple rooms. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required for the Guesthouse. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation is subject to a $25.00 re-booking fee. Cancellation notice for rooms at the Inn must be received at least 72 hours prior to your 3:00 p.m. check-in time on the day of scheduled arrival for refund of deposit, if any; the deposit for the Guesthouse is non-refundable. For both rooms and the Guesthouse, if cancellation notice is received within 72 hours of scheduled arrival, the full room charge will be charged to your credit card.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking inside the Inn or Guesthouse. Children 14 and under welcome at the Inn by special arrangement; children of all ages welcome in Guesthouse. Drinking of alcoholic beverages permitted.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast on weekdays and gourmet breakfast on weekends. Continental breakfast available in room.
• Lunch/Dinner: Available for groups only.
• Recommended Favorite Recipe: Fruit and Walnut White Fudge.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners,
  conferences, retreats and meetings.
• Recreation & Activities: 5-minute drive to 2 great golf courses, large swimming pool, and water park. Also downhill and cross-country ski areas, bike trails, and Mississippi River parks.
• Attractions & Special Events: An easy walk to the Mississippi River and the parks that run along its banks. A 2-minute drive to trailheads to the Mississippi River bluff country. 3 major festivals in the summer: Rivers City Days in August, Home Brewed Art in September, and the Red Wing Arts Festival in October. Inn is a 1-hour drive to Mall of America.
