• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $25.00 per room cancellation fee. If cancellation is received within 7 days, party is responsible for all nights unless re-booked.
• Restrictions: Smoking prohibited, violations subject to a $100.00 cleaning fee. Children welcomed. No pets.
• Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast served daily.

• Directions: Directions from Chicago: Interstate 94 East to Interstate 196 North to Grand Rapids/Holland. Take Exit 36 to Douglas/Saugatuck. Follow Blue Star Highway North. After crossing a bridge over the Kalamazoo River take your first left hand turn onto Lake Street. Follow Lake to first stoplight and turn right onto Butler Street. Follow Butler to address 428 Butler.
  Directions from Detroit area: take 96 West to 196 South (toward Holland). Exit off 196 at #41 (Saugatuck/Douglas exit) and turn right at the end of the exit ramp (so you'll be heading south of Blue Star Highway). Turn right at entrance to Saugatuck (Holland Street) and follow to 4-way stop (Francis Street). Turn right and go 1 block (another 4-way stop) to Butler Street. Turn left on Butler to address 428 Butler Street.
  Directions from Kalamazoo: take 94 West to 131 North to 89 East. Approximately 5 miles after passing through downtown Fennville on 89, turn right (North) on Blue Star Highway (also called A-2). Go through Douglas, across the bridge and turn left at the entrance to Saugatuck (Lake Street). Go to the stoplight (Butler Street) and turn right to address: 428 Butler Street.
