• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking inside (permitted outside only). Not suitable for children.

• Recreation & Activities: Hiking, biking, golf, horseback riding, fishing and sailing charters, skeet shooting, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing.
• Attractions & Special Events: Conference facilities for up to 15 attendees, with October through May mid-week special conference rates. Weddings and receptions by arrangement with Innkeepers, October through April. Private Lake Michigan beach on premises for Inn guests only. Nearby: Harbor County's best antique stores, specialty shops, art galleries, wineries, and fine restaurants.
• Directions: Sandpiper Inn is located at 16136 Lakeview Avenue in Union Pier, Michigan. Approximately 70 miles from downtown Chicago, the lakefront resort is easily reached via Interstate 94 (East). After crossing the Michigan state line, proceed to Exit 6 and then head west (right) on Union Pier Road for approximately 1-1/2 miles until you reach Lakeview Avenue. (Note that Union Pier Road becomes Townline Road after it crosses Red Arrow Highway.) At Lakeview Avenue, turn left. Sandpiper Inn, easily recognized by its yellow and white Georgian-style facade, is the second property on your right. Park your car in the private parking lot and proceed to the lobby area.
