• Payment: Deposit is 1 nights' lodging fee, applied to your fist and last night's stay. Reservations can be made by check or credit card. Deposits by check must be received by Inn within 5 days after making your reservations. Balance due upon arrival. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your reservation, cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee. If cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, you are responsible for the entire stay unless we can rent the room(s).
• Check-in: 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. Please make arrangements for arrival later than 7:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:30 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets and no smoking. Children 12 and over are welcomed.
• Breakfast: A complimentary full buffet breakfast is included in your rates.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Breakfast Bread Pudding with Apple Cider Sauce and Baked Stuffed Blueberry French Toast.
• Special Events at Inn: Small events and conferences.
• Recreation & Activities: Acadia National Park, whale watching, and golf are all close by. Hiking, biking, small shops.

• Directions: From Ellsworth take Route 3 to Bar Harbor. As your approach Bar Harbor you will pass the main entrance to Acadia National Park on the right in Hulls Cove. Beautiful views of Frenchman Bay, and a glimpse of the Porcupine Islands will be to your left. Just as you enter the town, West Street will be the first cross street. Turning left onto West Street, you will find the Manor House Inn on your right amid the elegant restored mansions of Bar Harbor.
