• Payment for Inn: A deposit of one night's rate payable by Visa, MasterCard or check is required.
• Payment for Pier One: A deposit of 50% of the total stay may be paid by Visa, MasterCard or check when making reservations.
• Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received a minimum of 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund. There is a $30.00 cancellation fee.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Some pets allowed.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast daily.
• Languages Spoken: Some Spanish and English.

• Directions: From Ellsworth: Follow Route-3 toward Bar Harbor. After crossing onto the island, bear right and follow Route-102 through historic Somesville and continue to Southwest Harbor. Proceed to the center of town and then turn left on Clark Point Road. Continue to Harbour Cottage Inn on the left side of the road atop Dirigo hill overlooking Southwest Harbor.
