• Rates: range from $95.00 to $185.00 per room, per night, double occupancy depending on season. Carraige House is $120.00 to $175.00 for 1-bedroom and $165.00 to $ 265.00 for 2-bedrooms. Rates are subject to change without notice, and include a full breakfast. Special rates for Quiet Season holidays. Please add a 7% Maine tax to all rates.
• Payment: A 2-night deposit is necessary during high and spring seasons. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $25.00 service charge.
