private bath and three suites, each with sweeping ocean view,
private parlor with TV, and private bath. All suites have
fireplaces.
- Rates: $275.00 to $395.00. Rates subject to change

- Payment: For two nights, the full amount is required
to confirm a reservation. For longer stays, 50% of the total is
required. The Tides accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, and personal checks.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be
received at least 25 days prior to scheduled arrival date to
qualify for refund of deposit; $40.00 fee charged on any
cancellation.
- Restrictions: No smoking, no pets. Not suitable for
children under 18.
- Breakfast: A full, hot gourmet breakfast is served.
- Recreation & Activities: Hiking, bicycling,
kayaking, golf, tennis, garden tours, and antiques are all
nearby.
- Attractions & Special Events: Art galleries,
music festivals, Theater, Schooner sailing, nature cruises,
whale watching, and Acadia National Park.
