• Accommodations: Inn: 13 rooms, each with private bath; 5 have whirlpool tubs, 11 have working fireplaces, and 11 have private balconies/porches. 2 rooms are handicapped accessible. Suites: 3 units, each with private bath, kitchenette, fireplace, and porch; 2 have whirlpool tubs.
• Open: Inn: May through November. Suites: All year.
• Rates: Rates are for 1 to 2 persons (except for suites, which are for up to 4 persons) and include breakfast and afternoon refreshments. Each extra person in a room is $20.00 per night. Ask about early- or late-season packages for stays of 3 or more nights. Honeymoon packages also available. Weekly rates available for suites. Rates do not include 7% lodging tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Advance deposit covering the reservation's last 2 nights required, taken at time of reservation. Balance due upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted; personal checks accepted if received within 10 days of making the reservation and at least 7 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund of deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation notice is received within 10 days of scheduled arrival, deposit (less cancellation fee) will be refunded only if the room can be re-rented. We will reschedule at no charge. Special packages have different policies; please ask.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast buffet served from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. Guests may eat in the formal dining room, take a tray to the individual tables on the glassed breakfast porch, or take a tray to their own private balcony.
• Recreation & Activities: On premises: There is a piano that guests may use, a library with a good choice of books and a revolving paperback selection, and games. Nearby: golf, walking, boating, hiking, climbing, biking, bird-watching, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, sightseeing cruises, whale watching, and guided nature tours. In the village, there are shops, museums, concerts, theater, and festivals throughout the extended season.
• Attractions & Special Events: 5 minutes from Acadia National Park. Warblers and Wildflowers Festival (1 week in mid-May), Legacy of Arts in June, July 4 parade and fireworks, Bar Harbor Music Festival in July, Arcady Music events throughout August, half-marathon in September, fall foliage in October, MDI Marathon (3rd weekend of October on Sunday), Early-Bird Shopper's Festival in November, and Midnight Madness Festival in December.
