  There is a 2-night minimum stay in high season and a 3-night minimum on all holiday weekends.
  Tell your host you found them on 1st Traveler's Choice. (www.virtualcities.com).
• Payment: 2 nights' paid deposit with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or personal check. Full payment is due upon arrival. Will work with travel agents but pay no commissions.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival to receive refund of deposit. A $20.00 cancellation fee applies for cancellations of any kind. Within the 14-day period, if we can re-rent the rooms, we will return the deposit.
• Check-in: between 1:00 and 6:00 p.m. Checking in after 6:00 p.m. requires spacial arrangements. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets, no smoking in the house. Children over 10 welcome.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast, served buffet style.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Heavenly Apple French Toast and Blueberry Muffin Cake.
• Recreation & Activities: Swimming, golf, tennis, kayaking, biking, and hiking close by.
• Attractions & Special Events: Acadia National Park's mountains, oceans, lakes, etc. Fourth of July celebration, art shows on the Village Green, music festivals, and local summer theater.
