• Payment: One night's payment (minimum) or 50% of reservation is required at time of booking. Visa, MasterCard, checks, and cash are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund of deposit, less a $15.00 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to loss of deposit.
• Check-in: between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. unless arranged otherwise. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: Smoking is not permitted indoors. There are limited facilities for young children. Sorry, no pets.
• Breakfast: Full country breakfast.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings/receptions for up to 150 people. Inside facilities available for smaller groups. Small conference room also available.
• Recreation & Activities: Golf, tennis, swimming, boating, antiquing, hiking, and skiing. Complimentary bikes, canoes, and snowshoes available for guests.
• Attractions & Special Events: The White Mountains, ski slopes, Fryeburg Fair (Maine's largest agricultural fair), Musher's Bowl (dog sled races), summer fairs, antique weekends, and great shopping at outlets in North Conway, New Hampshire and Freeport, Maine.

• Directions: From Maine Turnpike, take Exit 48 (Westbrook). Follow Route 302 West to Bridgton. At the light, go straight onto Route 117 North for 4 miles. Turn left onto Tolman Road. Greenwood Manor will be 1/4 mile on your left.
