- Payment: A 1-night deposit is required by check or
credit card when making reservation. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received
at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure refund of
deposit. Cancellations with less than 30 days' notice will receive
refund only if vacancy is filled. No refund will be made with less
than a 72-hour notice of cancellation.
- Check-in: 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. (call for arrangements for
arrival after 8:00 p.m.). Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
- Restrictions: Smoking on outside decks and patios. No
pets, except in Sugar Bear Cottage.
- Breakfast: Full (healthy country style).
- Recommended Favorite Recipes: Sour

- Directions: From I-95 or Turnpike, get off on Exit 48.
Turn right off exit. Follow 1.4 miles to 3rd traffic light. Turn
left on Rte. 302 West. Continue 26 miles to Naples. Turn right at
Rte. 35. (Use Foodland as landmark). 12 miles to Harrison. At stop
sign, turn left and follow Rte. 35. We are 3.6 miles on the left.
Road will wind around lake. Look for white fence at the end of Bear
Pond.
