  • Payment: A 1-night deposit will hold a reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, checks, and cash accepted.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date or reservation deposit will be charged.
  • Check-in: 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Special arrangements must be made for late check-in. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
  • Restrictions: No smoking. Children 12 and older welcome. Some well-behaved pets accepted with prior approval.

  • Directions: Coming from I-295, get off at exit 24 (Route 196 East - Topsham, Bath). Follow 196 to Route 1 (take ramp for Bath - left lane). Follow Route 1 into Bath. Stay in the right lane and follow sign that says "Historic Bath." Turn left at first traffic light (Washington Street). Go straight through next light, then turn right onto Oak Street. Turn left onto next street (Front) and follow to 360 (look for sign and house on left.)
