• Accommodations: 17 rooms, each with private bath, and 6 suites. All suites have kitchenettes. All rooms have decks with water views.
• Rates: $98.00 to $276.00 per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

• Payment: Deposit is 25% of total stay or 1 night's payment. Visa, MasterCard, and checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure refund of deposit. If less than required notice is given, deposit will be refunded if cancelled space is re-rented. A $25.00 processing fee is deducted from all refunds. Above policies apply to delayed arrival or early departure.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking in rooms. Children welcome.
• Breakfast: Continental - Plus breakfast is included. Enjoy meals at the Dockside Restaurant on site.
